I quit the Catholic church when the Priest told me in the confessional that masturbation was a sin. And when my mother asked me why I was quitting the church, I told her it was because they are against masturbation (fucking perverts). She accepted that explanation, so at the age of 15, the church and I parted ways. I don’t mind telling my mother that I masturbate, but I probably would be uncomfortable with other people telling her that.
